Terms of Service

Mainwear Studio is operated by MAINWEAR STUDIO LLC and provides digital clothing design, garment graphics, apparel mockup direction, colorway support, and digital artwork preparation. Services are digital design services only.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate project and contact information and must not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, harmful, or infringing projects.

Payments and Service Scope

Payments are for the selected digital design plan and deliverables. Additional custom work may require a separate quote. The business may refuse service for projects that are illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, or outside the service scope.

No Printing or Physical Fulfillment

Mainwear Studio does not print, manufacture, ship, or fulfill physical garments. Customers are responsible for choosing and working with their own printer, manufacturer, or production partner.

No Guaranteed Results

The service does not guarantee sales, production quality, manufacturing approval, supplier approval, revenue, search rankings, or third-party results.
