Refund Policy

Mainwear Studio is operated by MAINWEAR STUDIO LLC. Because the service is digital design work, completed concepts, delivered mockups, artwork files, design notes, and used revision support are non-refundable.

If work has not started, customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact page.

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider. Printing, manufacturing, and physical product costs are not handled by Mainwear Studio.
